My first memory of holding a camera was in the fourth grade (we had one of those cameras you look in and everything is upside down). That was all it took and I have been taking photos ever since.
To pursue my love of photography and art I attended both California State University, Fresno and the University of California, Davis, earning art degrees from both.
Like many I have a love of horses and the rural lifestyle. I am basically a small town girl raised in California's Central Valley who has always loved animals, especially horses.
Over the last several years I have traveled to Montana, Oregon, Colorado and Idaho in search of amazing horses to photograph. I consider myself to be an equine photographer first, but I also enjoy nature, landscape and portrait photography.
